Camp Opening Menu Development & Order Guide Creating

Prior to the start of the camp season, or on an as-needed basis for continuously operating camps, your Purchasing Manager will work with camp personnel on menu development, taking as much lead from camp personnel as desired, and then develop an order guide based on the menu that meets the best of both quality and pricing considerations.  Our Purchasing Managers recognize that many camp personnel are proud of the menu they have created and we are happy to take direction from these individuals and simply make order guide and product selection suggestions, or for those camps that struggle with staffing resources to execute menu development, we will work to develop camp menus and then build order guides so staff can execute orders on an ongoing basis.
